WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may return merchandise at our site for any reason within 90 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be unworn and undamaged with the original receipt or packing slip to receive a full refund via your original form of payment (including PayPal).

 

Returns made without the original sales receipt or pack slip must be returned using a valid ID and will receive a merchandise credit that is equal to the current selling price. Our site may limit the number of returns permitted without an original sales receipt or shipping invoice.

 

Returns purchased with any our site Rewards or offers will be refunded only the final purchase price. Rewards and offers will not be reissued or recredited, except for exchanges made on the same day of purchase.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days once we receive the product to process your return and credit any funds on your original form of payment.

 

Our site Reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of the receipt.

 

IS THERE A RETURN FEE?

We do not support advance shipping costs, the cost of returns and exchanges will be advanced deducted from your refund. Please refer to the actual situation, if there are any questions about the cost of return fee, you can consult our customer service.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Exchanges can only be processed if you wish to purchase the same item in a different size or color. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please follow the returns process and place a new order.

 

If the exchanged merchandise is not returned unworn, in the original packaging, and together with the original sales receipt or shipping invoice, then you will be charged for both the original purchase and the exchange.

 

MISSED RETURN OR EXCHANGE WINDOW?

Returns made after 30 days with an original sales receipt or shipping invoice will be issued as a merchandise credit regardless of original form of payment.

 

Exchanges made after 30 days will be issued on a merchandise credit for any difference owed.


Where is my order? Who will be delivering it?

Immediately after you place an order, there is a brief period when you cannot check on it. But once it ships, you will get a shipping confirmation email and you can follow its progress.

 

To check the status of your shipped order, track your order in your account. You will see information about the carrier and expected delivery date.

 

Please note that it can take extra time for deliveries to reach remote locations. Also, we occasionally delay randomly-selected shipments for extra security verification.
